These are the first pictures I took on the island. I had walked from the hotel in downtown St. John's out to the airport to pick up the car, and then without plan or map, I made an arc to the north and east of the airport where I found this cove (Middle Cove). I like the upper one mostly because the light dancing off the rocks remind me of the low hiss the water made as it flowed through them.
