These two pictures are of the same inlet right near L'Anse aux Meadows. The first picture is from the roadway in the town of Gunner's Cove. I'd walked there to get dinner (I had cod tongue which was ok, but had an odd flavor) from my motel in the town of Griquet and passed through the town of St. Luniare to get there, and it was less than a 20 minute walk. Just to add to the profusion of names, the motel was named for the hill where the second picture was taken, St. Brendan's Hill, and the church at the base of the hill was St. Monica's.
