Western Brook Pond

Western Brook Pond might very well be the most beautiful place I've ever been. It's a glacier carved fjord where the glacier has melted and the sea has fallen away leaving a freshwater pond with sheer cliffs surrounding the upper end. It wasn't until I looked at the first picture later that I realized that the trees were cut specificly for a picture. The second picture shows the cliffs catching the reddish setting sun.
